I am learning to really loath gophers. I need some to find a good website that will tell me what I need to know to get rid of these darns rodents. These gophers are pesky animals and seem to have a sense of humour as well. They like to poke their little heads out of the ground and see what I am doing. Maybe they are hoping I will plant something new for them to destroy. Maybe they think when I reach for the hose to flush them out that its funny. I don’t think its very funny. In fact it kind of pisses me off. Really hope they find another yard to dig up and destroy. I will figure them out. I swear I will get rid of these darn rodents soon enough. Hopefully I don’t have to spend too much to figure it out. We will see how it goes.

Kettlebells Have Cardio Benefits Too
A successful kettlebell workout is not only great at building strength, it helps add some different to your existing workout regimen. If you are getting bored working out with dumbbells and other free weights, introducing kettlebells can offer a new level of excitement you likely have not had in years. But kettlebell workouts are not just good for strength training, the movements of such workouts have cardio benefits as well once you have the movements down pat.
When first starting with kettlebells, you should focus on your technique so that you learn to handle the kettlebells right. Because kettlebells can weight just as much as ordinary dumbbells, you need to exercise caution. After you have become more comfortable handling the kettlebells, then you can start to focus on the weight. As your routine becomes more and more natural, you will receive cardio benefits coupled with strength gains from using kettlebells in your workouts.
